These terms govern your use of crtddiamonds.com.au and your purchases from CRTD Diamonds. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

CRTD Diamonds is an Australian-registered business selling certified lab-grown diamonds and diamond jewellery. Our registered address and ABN are available on request.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We endeavour to keep prices and product information accurate but reserve the right to correct errors. If a pricing error materially affects your order, we will contact you and offer the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Lab-grown diamonds are independently certified by IGI, GIA, or an equivalent independent laboratory. Each stone arrives with its certification documents.

Orders and payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept by sending an order confirmation. Payment is taken at checkout via the payment method you select. Stones are sourced to order; delivery typically takes four to six weeks unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

We ship within Australia only via insured courier. Delivery timelines and rates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk transfers to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by CRTD Diamonds or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or commercially use any part of the site without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the price paid for the affected goods. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will be heard in the courts of New South Wales.
