Shipping Policy

We ship within Australia only. Every stone leaves us insured, tracked, and signature-required.

Lead time

Stones are sourced to order. After your order is confirmed, we work with our partner laboratories to identify and certify the stone matching your specification. Typical lead times are four to six weeks from order to delivery, depending on the cut and grade. For in-stock pieces, lead time is two to five business days.

Delivery

We ship via insured courier with tracking and signature on delivery. The delivery address must be staffed during business hours. We do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Risk transfers to you on delivery (when the courier records the signature). If you cannot accept delivery on the day, the courier will leave a card and re-attempt or hold for collection at the nearest depot.

Shipping cost

Shipping is included in the price of every certified stone. There are no additional handling, insurance, or delivery fees.

International orders

We do not currently ship outside Australia. If you are based overseas and would like to order, please contact us directly to discuss options.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent to the email on your order as soon as the parcel is collected by the courier. You can track delivery status at any time via the link in that email.

Issues

If a delivery is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@crtddiamonds.com.au immediately. Our insurance covers loss and damage in transit; we will resolve any issue promptly at no cost to you.
