Refund Policy
We stand behind every stone we sell. This policy sets out your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and our additional commitments to you.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Returns within 14 days
You may return any unworn certified loose stone within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. The stone must be returned in its original condition, with its original certification papers and packaging, via insured courier at your cost.
To begin a return, write to hello@crtddiamonds.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange the return shipment and confirm the refund within seven business days of receiving the stone in original condition.
Custom and bespoke orders
Stones above five carats and any custom commission are non-refundable once production has commenced, except where the stone fails to meet the agreed specification or where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a stone arrives damaged, incorrectly graded, or different from the certificate provided, contact us within seven days of receipt. We will arrange replacement or full refund at our cost.
Refund method
Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Allow up to ten business days for the funds to appear after we confirm the refund.
